Nola G.(Leach) Rosentrater was born in Lantry, S.D., March 19, 1934, to Mildred A. and Conrad A. Leach.
Her parents and two brothers, Darrel C. Leach and Dale L. Leach, preceded her in home-going.
She is survived by four brothers, Robert E. Leach, Allen L. Leach, Eddie L. Leach, and Paul E. Leach; and three sisters, Donna M. Paden, Carol L. Traube and Joyce I. Baars .
Robert A. Blair, 67, passed away Nov. 24, 2012, in Napa, Calif. He was born Jan. 7, 1945, in Omaha, to Arlene and Ralph Blair.
Bob spent many years in Broken Bow, graduating from Broken Bow High School in 1963. He attended Dana College in Blair, however his focus was on flying. While working at New Holland in Grand Island, he pursued his goal and was employed by Grand Island Aviation Center.
Funeral Services for Elsie L. Kraus will be conducted from the United Methodist Church in Eddyville, Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Doug Jones officiating. Interment will be in the Jewell Cemetery in Dawson County, southeast of Eddyville.
Elsie L. Kraus, 95 years of age, of rural Eddyville, passed away Friday, Dec. 21, 2012, following a brief illness at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney.
OCONTO - - Local fire fighters fought to save the home of an Oconto family early Wednesday morning, but by the time they arrived at the scene it was too late. The Ron and Janelle Alspaugh family was able to escape the home without injury, but lost everything they had in the blaze.
