GOTHENBURG -- After Gothenburg's 21-20 triple-overtime victory last season, it was Broken Bow's turn to break the Swedes hearts on their home field. A late goal line stop by Grayson Minnick and and an interception by Jordan Lemburg helped Broken Bow seal a 15-14 victory to move to 2-0 on the season.
After a scoreless first quarter by both teams, the Indians opened the scoring in the second with a one-yard run by full back Jeremy Christner. Quarterback Marcus Miller then completed a pass to Christner for a two point conversion to push the lead to 8-0.
