The Goodwill Donation trailer will be in Broken Bow at the Schmicks parking lot.
Tuesday the Broken Bow City Council will meet at noon.
Friday there will be a Pie and Ice Cream Social at the Custer County Museum from 5-7 PM.
This weekend is City Wide Garage Sales in Arnold and Broken Bow.
Saturday is the NE Jr Hereford Show and CHAN in Broken Bow.

The other picture is an ad that was in the same paper for war bonds and how much the county and each town were to raise towards the war effort. In order to do so businesses in all towns in Custer County, except banks, were to close on June 13, 1944.
LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) â€” A dozen individual health insurance plans in Nebraska are proposing double-digit premium increases for next year, citing higher medical and prescription drug costs and greater use of services.
The proposed hikes would apply to individual plans sold on the federal health insurance exchange as well as individual coverage sold through brokers and agents.

The Broken Bow Electrical Department will be turning off power temporarily on South C Street between 1st Ave and 5th Ave from 6:00 A.M. to 7:30 A.M to update the electrical service. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It will be Wednesday June 3rd from 6-7:30 A.M.
On Tuesday from 4-7PM a US Forest Meeting will be in Halsey.

Also the Custer County Branch of the Salvation Army will be distributing weather radios Saturday, May 30 from 1-4 PM in the Broken Bow City Square. This will be on a first come, first serve basis for the give away, with only one radio per household. Proof of a Custer County address will be required.
LINCOLN - The Nebraska Department of Agriculture (NDA) in conjunction with the United States Department of Agricultureâ€™s (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) has confirmed preliminary testing shows the presence of a fourth case of highly pathogenic H5N2 avian influenza (HPAI) in Nebraska. This case has been found at a farm in Knox County.
Crawford, NE -Â Severe weather over the past several days near Crawford has resulted in deteriorating road conditions and raised concerns regarding public safety. Weather forecasts are also projecting continued rainfall through this week. As a result, the Hudson-Meng Education and Research Center will be closed this upcoming weekend, May 29 â€“ June 1, 2015. Â
