Anna Margaret â€śTullyâ€ť Hunt was born June 8, 1932, to Patrick and Katie (Sherlock) Tully. She left this world March 11, 2011, at the home of her daughter, Jodi, of Milburn, surrounded by her family.
She spent her early childhood on a farm north of Oconto. In 1945, Anna and her family moved to Ortello Valley southwest of Anselmo. Anna graduated from Merna High School in 1950.
Shortly after graduating she began the journey to realizing one of her lifelong passions: teaching. Anna taught first at Cottage Country School off Ryno Road.
Delpha Deloris (Madsen) Hoblyn was born August 31, 1913, to William and Margaret (Stender) Madsen at Mason City. She grew up in the Basin area by Mason City.
At an early age, she was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith and was a member of the Basin Zion Lutheran Church.
Delpha attended grade school at the Basin School and graduated from Mason City High School in 1931. After graduating from high school, she worked for the Doug Mills family.
April 27, 1937, Delpha married Ray Hoblyn at Ansley. To this union, four children were born, Robert, Dianne, James and DeLoris.
Ellen L. Karlberg, 83, of Sumner, earthly life ended and she entered eternal life with her Lord and Savior March 11, 2011.
Ellen Lorraine Karlberg was born to Ralph and Mary (Lahm) Scoville Aug. 25, 1927, in Sumner. She attended school in Sumner for 12 years and graduated from Sumner High School in 1944, at age 16.
LeRoy C. Beshaler, 81, of Callaway, died March 12, 2011, at the Callaway District Hospital.
LeRoy was the beloved son of Charles and Della (Hickenbottom) Beshaler. LeRoy graduated from Callaway High School in 1948, and worked with his father on the Beshaler farm. He enlisted into the United States Army in 1951, and was honorably discharged in 1953. He was in the 3rd platoon Company â€śDâ€ť 634th Armored Infantry Division.
Following his time in the Army LeRoy moved back to Callaway and worked with his father on the farm.
