Byron E. White was born March 15, 1944, in Igloo, S.D. to Ralph and Thelma (Baldwin) white. he graduated from Tooele High School and attended Black Hills State College in Spearfish, S.D.
During this time he married Kathleen Cooper. In 1971, Byron and Kathleen moved to Marshall, Minn., where they resided for many years.
Byron and Kathleen had two daughter; Jodi (White) and Nikki (White) Burghduff. While in Marshall, Byron worked for Lockwood Motors car dealership until his retirement in 2000.
Charlotte lone Esch, age 85 of Broken Bow, died Wednesday, July 27, 2011, at Jennie M. Melham Memorial Medical Center.
Graveside services were Monday, August 1, at the Broken Bow Cemetary with Pastor Michael Lange officiating. Govier Brothers Mortuary was in charge of the arrangements. Memorials have been established to Custer Care Center and Heritage Hall.
Stanley Spencer Myers, age 69, passed away Monday, May 16, 2011, in Denver Colo., after an unyielding and courageous battle with cancer. Stan was born Feb. 15, 1942, the third child of Willard and Beulah Myers. Born in Broken Bow, he attended and graduated from Broken Bow High School in 1961.
