Robert White, 58

April 23, 2015

Robert B. White, 58, of Lubbock, Texas, passed away Friday, April 17, 2015, after a long battle with congestive heart failure.

A funeral service was at Govier Brother’s Mortuary Tuesday, April 21. Interment was at the Grandview Cemetery, Anselmo following the service.

Robert (Bob) was born Dec. 6, 1956, in Grand Island to Bruce and Evelyn (Duryea) White.

Orval Benton Rosentreader, 90

Orval Benton Rosentreader, age 90, of Broken Bow, formerly of Ansley, died Sunday, April 19, 2015, at Heritage Hall Care Center in Broken Bow.

Funeral services will be Thursday, April 23, 2015, at 2 p.m. in Govier Brothers Mortuary in Broken Bow with Father Jim Hunt officiating. Burial will be in Saint Josephs Catholic Cemetery at Broken Bow with military rites. 

Memorials may be made to the Ansley Veterans Wall. 

Anna Schoolcraft, 93

Anna Schoolcraft, 93 entered into the arms of her Savior from her home in Gurley, Saturday, April 18, 2015.

Memorial services were Wednesday, April 22, 2015, in the Dalton Assembly of God Church. Inurnment will be at a later date.

In lieu of flowers please make memorial contributions to the Gurley Fire and Rescue in Anna’s name.

Richard Earl Lewis, 79

April 23, 2015

Richard Earl Lewis was born Sept. 14, 1935. The only son of Albert and Eleanor (Mansfield) Lewis, born at his parents home North of Taylor where he resided all his life. Starting first grade at 4 years of age, he attended Lone Star District 28 through the eighth grade. He graduated salutatorian of his class in 1952 from Taylor High School.

Upon graduation from high school, he began ranching with his parents on the ranch north of Taylor.

November 5, 1956, he married his high school sweetheart, Jeanette Smith.

Shirley Moran Nutter, 90

Shirley Simonson Moran Nutter, 90, departed this life April 16,2015, at Linden Court in North Platte.

Shirley was born Nov. 1, 1924, to Carl S. and June (Kemp) Simonson at their homestead north of Mullen in Cherry County. As a child, Shirley grew up on the ranch and attended country schools through the eighth grade. She graduated from Mullen High School in 1941.

Catherine Real, age 58, of Broken Bow, died Thursday, April 16, 2015, at the Heritage Hall Nursing Home in Broken Bow.

Memorial services were Monday, April 20, 2015, at the Broken Bow Cemetery in Broken Bow with Pastor Tyce Jensen officiating.

Burial was in the Broken Bow Cemetery.

Catherine Real was born Dec. 19, 1956, to Harley and Verla (Coble) Real at Weiser, Idaho.

Catherine is survived by her daughter, Lisa E. Willmar of Broken Bow; her son, Paul J. Real of Castle Rock, Colo.; five grandchildren; and one sister, Marcia (Mark) Millage of Castle Rock, Colo.
