Aaron Sloggett and Jill Rivera, of Littleton, Colo., proudly introduce their baby girl, Scarlett Madison Sloggett, born Aug. 29, 2012, at Swedish Medical Center in Englewood, Colo. She weighed 5 pounds 13 1/2 ounces, and measured 18 3/4 inches at birth.
Proud grandparents are Leonard and Jo Rivera of Denver, Colo., Kent and Wendy Sloggett of Broken Bow, and Annett Hanshew and Kevin Butler of Colorado Springs, Colo.

Tessa Wright and Levi Entz were united in marriage June 1, 2012 at the Berean Church in Broken Bow with Pastor Larry DeMoss officiating.
Maid of honor was Kassi Wright. Bridesmaids were Chelsea Entz, Laurie Reichenberg, Sara Barnes and Katie Entz.
Best man was Tyrel Entz. Groomsmen were Ben Johnson, Zane Smith, Byron Reimer and Jonathan Jones.

Krista Jane Kaps of Arcadia and Shane William Scott of Broken Bow exchanged wedding vows June 16, 2012. Father Marty Egging performed the double ring ceremony at St. Josaphats Catholic Church in Loup City.
Parents of the couple are Steve and Wilma Kaps of Arcadia and Duane and JoAnn Scott of Arcadia. Special guests include the brides’ grandparents, Wayne and Rose Kaps of Kearney. The bride was given in marriage by her father.

July 28, 2012, William Trumbull from Callaway, employed at BD in Broken Bow, and Christie Schweitzer from Broken Bow, employed at Backbone of Healthcare, were united in marriage on the Schweitzer Family Farm just north of Broken Bow.
The couple was married on a homemade island and the wedding was set to an island theme!

Dacia Dawn McIntyre and Kyle Oakeson were united in marriage June 1, 2012, in a 5:30 p.m. ceremony at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, Nev.
The bride is the daughter of Jim McIntyre of Edgerton, Mo., and Rhonda McIntyre of Hastings. She is the granddaughter of Walter (Bill) and Ramona Guggenmos of Brewster.
Dacia is employed as a family nurse practitioner with Mary Lanning Healthcare in Hastings.
The groom is the son of Dave and Julie Oakeson of Doniphan, and the grandson of Dan Sutton of Shelton.
Kyle is an engineer at Flowserve in Hastings.

Allison Fees of Miller, and Joel Varah of Broken Bow, were married June 23, 2012, at Grace Lutheran Church in Pleasanton. Pastor Dean Hanson officiated the service with Father Mike McDonald speaking before the service began.
Bridesmaids were Roxanna Fees, Carmen Wolfe, Katie Cunningham, Sarah Foster, Melissa Weeder, Sarah Walquist and Rachel Tietjen. The flowergirl was Elizabeth Duhs and personal attendant was Margaret Lange.

Danny and Cindy Hempstead of Anselmo, proudly announce the marriage of their daughter, Linly Michele, to Lane Andrew Schmidt. Lane is the son of Darrell and Andie Schmidt of Merna.
The couple was married June 9, 2012, at St. Anselm’s Catholic Church in Anselmo.
The bride earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education K-6, and currently substitute teaches in area schools.
The groom earaned an associates degree in diversified agriculture and farms for his dad at Schmidt Brothers Farm & Ranch.

Mallory Grace Govier entered the world July 8, 2012, at Jennie Melham Memorial Medical Center in Broken Bow. Proud parents are Logan and Becky Govier, and Mallory joins sibling Mason at home.
Mallory weighed 6 pounds 9 ounces and was 19.5 inches long at birth.
Grandparents are Rod and Grace Epping of Funk, and Frank and Deb Govier of Broken Bow.
Great-grandparents are Glen and Francis Govier of Broken Bow, and Catherine Joy Criddle of Bedford, England.

Alyssia Jones & Matthew Roberts

William and Rhonda Jones of Kirwin, Kan., proudly announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Alyssia Renee to Matthew Thomas Roberts, son of Tom and Sharon Roberts of Ansley.
The future bride is a 2006 graduate of Agra-Eastern Heights High School and graduated from UNK with a degree in business administration. She is currently employed at McMeen Physical Therapy as billing team leader.
