Amanda Russell and Brad Micek are planning a Sept. 30 wedding in Lincoln.
A graduate of Broken Bow High School, Russell graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She teaches at Eagle Elementary School in Eagle.
Micek, whose hometown is Waverly, graduated from Associated Builders and Contractors in Lincoln. He is employed by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Parents of the couple are Roger and Judy Russell of Broken Bow, and Gary and Linda Micek of Waverly.
