Amie Jo (Parker) Micek, age 34 of Ord, died May 22, 2011, at the Valley County Hospital in Ord.
Memorial services will be Thursday, May 26, at 10 a.m. at the Christian Life Center Church in Broken Bow with Pastor Mark Stones officiating. Memorials may be given to the family.
Amie was born Nov. 1, 1976, in Broken Bow, to Glenda J. Knapp.
Survivors include her husband, Damien Micek; daughters, Schanae and Kelly; son, Cade; her mother, Glenda Parker; sisters, Kellie Drake and Michelle McAlevy, and brother, Michael..
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Glen and Beth Knapp.
