Ansley-Litchfield VB stays undefeated with win over Elm Creek

The Spartans moved to 3-0 on the season Friday night, defeating Elm Creek 3-2 in an intense battle.

Lindsey Siegel and Shawna Paitz lead the way with 11 and eight kills respectively. The Spartans were strong at the net as Seigel and Kayla Reynolds had five blocks each. Siegel also had two aces to go with two aces by Kaitlin Kratzer.

Elm Creek took the first game 25-20 before the Spartans answered with a 25-17 win. The two teams split again at 23-25 and 25-15 before Ansley won the fifth game 15-8.
