Anthony Jay Campbell, 25 of Sioux City, Iowa, died Friday, June 14, 2013, in a drowning accident in the Missouri River. Services will be July 1, 2013, at 11 a.m. at the Grand View Park in Sioux City, Iowa. Graveside services will be July 3, 2013, at 11 a.m. at the Grand View Cemetery at Anselmo.
Tony was born Sept. 17, 1987, in Grand Island to Duane Drummond and Melissa Campbell. He attended several schools in Nebraska before moving to Sioux City.
Survivors include his father, Duane Drummond of Sioux City; mother, Melissa Campbell of Anselmo; daughters, Haylee Campbell and Jersee Baker and their mother Renee Roger of Sioux City; son, Ayden Campbell and his mother Jennifer Hackney of Thurston; brother, Dakota Wright of Oxford; sisters, Carrie Ahrens of Oak, Regina Campbell of Anselmo, and Bridgett Drummond of Missouri; grandmother, Dorthy Menge of Jacksonville, Ill.; grandparents, Jerry and Karen Drummond of Fort Madison, Iowa, and Nick and Willa Linnerson of Albion; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by grandfathers Roger Campbell and Charlie Menge; aunt, Julie Phelps; and great-grandparents.
