Bonnie Neth, 80
Funeral services for Bonnie Jean (Enterline) Neth, of rural Broken Bow, were Tuesday, April 17, at 10:30 a.m. at Broken Bow Evangelical Free Church. Bonnie passed away April 13, 2012, at Callaway District Hospital after a short and courageous battle with cancer.
Bonnie was born July 5, 1931, in Belmar, to Melvin Earl and Velva Ruth (Burnett) Enterline. The family moved to Hershey when Kingsley Dam was built. Bonnie graduated from Hershey High School.
Bonnie and Ivan Neth were united in marriage June 18, 1950, and have lived on Ryno Table for 61 years.
Bonnie was a promoter of Custer County Pioneer Days car show, and particularly enjoyed the talent contest. Later she looked forward to participating in the annual Callaway Kite Fly. She was a member of Rebekah Lodge and Callaway Lions Club.
Bonnie is survived by her husband, Ivan; children, Marvin (Barb) Neth of Callaway, Allen (Peggy) Neth of Broken Bow, and Marilyn (Gregg) Johnson of Lincoln; sister, Karen (Enterline) Tyler of Helena, Mont.; grandchildren, Beth Ann (Terry) Halvorson of Rapid City, S.D., Amy (Rian) Sand of Lawrence, Kan., Cindy (Drew) Carlton of Kearney, Michael (Holly) Neth of Lawrence, Kan., Kevin (Jamie) Neth of Hot Springs, S.D., Brandon (Jamie) Lammers of Peoria, Ariz., and Malinda (Brandon) Bakker of Auburn; her pride and joys, great-grandchildren Caitlin Sand, Ben Halvorson, Ashley and Braylen Carlton, Gracie and Malachi Neth, and soon expected baby girl Lammers; sister-in-law, Marge Neth; many nieces and nephews, and the many friends she made during her 20 years at Midwest Pawn and Jewelry.
Iverson Memorial Chapel of Broken Bow was in charge of arrangements.
