Cleone Dickey, 80

Cleone Maxine Dickey, age 80, of Broken Bow, died Monday, Aug. 15, 2011, at the Golden Living Center in Broken Bow.
Memorial funeral services were Aug. 19, at Saint Anselm's Catholic Church in Anselmo with Father Jim Hunt officiating. Govier Brothers Mortuary of Broken Bow wass in charge of arrangements.
Cleone Maxine Dickey was born Aug. 22, 1930, in Hemingford, to Oscar and Wilma (Keane) Dickey. She attended school in Hemingford and Hecla. Cleone graduated from Anselmo High School in the Class of 1947. Cleone worked as a bookkeeper at Biggerstaff Hardware in Anselmo, Ruff Motors in Broken Bow and retired from Gateway Motors.
Cleone was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Her final years were spent at Golden Living Center after being diagnosed with Alzheimers Disease.
Survivors include four sisters, Vivian Dickey of Broken Bow, Delores (Tom) Fetherston of Anselmo, Wanda (Greg) Nielsen of Valentine, and Norma Dickey of Lincoln; one brother, Gene (Ardyce) of Cozad; two sisters-in-law, Pat Dickey of Grand Island, and Marie Dickey of Omaha, and many nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Wilma Dickey; three brothers, Alvin, Howard, and Dallas; an infant brother, and a sister- in-law.
