Cristin Rooney and Max Fay happily announce their engagement and upcoming wedding May 7, 2011, in Broken Bow. Cristin is the daughter of Bob and Karen Rooney of Brewster. She is a 2001 graduate of Sandhills High School, and a 2003 graduate of Mid-Plains Community College. The bride-to-be is currently employed at West Plains Bank. Max is the son of Karen Fay and the late Max Fay. He is a 2000 graduate of God’s Country Academy Homeschool, and is a self-employed rancher.
