Cuba Eastwood, age 94, of Callaway, died Friday, July 15, 2011, at the Callaway District Hospital. Celebration of Life Services will be Thursday, July 21, at 10:30 a.m. in the United Methodist Church in Callaway with the Rev. Roger Gillming officiating. Memorials may be given to the Callaway District Hospital.
Cuba Miller (Richards) Eastwood was born Jan. 3, 1917, at Sumner, to Oma and Auzie (Miller) Richards. Cuba was married to Paul Irvin Eastwood.
Cuba is survived by her daughters, Louise (Tom) Pavey of Raymond, and Shirley McIntyre of Santa Cruz, Calif.; grandchildren, Gary Eastwood, Allan Eastwood, Patty Olson, Dean Eastwood, Connie Nansel, Bonnie Wisemann, Eric Pavey and Shannon Demma; 15 great-grandchildren, and two great-great- grandchildren. She is also survived by one brother, Virgil Richards of Montana.
Cuba was preceded in death by her husband Paul; son, Wylie Eastwood; a granddaughter, Lisa McIntyre, and many brothers and sisters.
