The Custer County Foundation celebrated its seventh annual gala and auction Saturday evening with over 300 people participating in the evening's festivities. A ‘Heads & Tails’ competition added to the fun, and proved to be one of the highlights of the evening. Raffle winners included: Cindy Taylor who won the diamond necklace; Rick Nelson, the four-wheeler; Cleo Jacobson, the Nativity and Patti Duryea, $500 cash as the winner of the 'Heads & Tails' competition.

The final tally isn’t in, but early estimates indicate that the event will have earned over $50,000 for the Foundation’s countywide grant and scholarship programs.
