E. Ray Brown, 89
E. Ray Brown, age 89 of Broken Bow, died Saturday Aug. 20, 2011 in Milford.
Funeral services were Thursday, Aug. 25, 2011, at 10:30 a.m. in Govier Brothers Mortuary in Broken Bow with the Rev. Mary Jane Gockley officiating. Burial was in the Janesville Cemetery at Berwyn, with Military Honors.
Memorials have been established to the Mid Nebraska Individual Services or the Broken Bow Fire and Rescue Units.
Ray is survived by his daughters, Sabra Hughes of Milford and Nedra (Don) Wilcox of Omaha; son, Doran (Julie) Brown of Hickman; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Dorothy, and his granddaughter Callie.
