Four Broken Bow athletes selected for Mid-Nebraska All-Star Game

July 3, 2012

Kirby Pomplun, Michael Coleman, Justin McCullough and Caleb Dodge have been voted into the Mid-Nebraska League All-Star game, which takes place July 5 in Kearney at Memorial Field. The game starts at 7 p.m. Four players is the maximum number of players one team can have on an All-Star roster. It is the first time Broken Bow has had four players voted to the All-Star game.

Also, there is a possibility that teammate Chad Christensen, who was injured in the fatal crash involving the basketball team, will be granted a temporary leave from Madonna Rehabilitation Facility in Lincoln to be able to watch part of the game.
