Free Fishing & Park Entry Day

On May 19, 2012, pack up the family and/or friends and head out to enjoy Nebraska's state parks. You can fish anywhere in the state and visit any Nebraska state park, state historical park or state recreation area for FREE. No park entry or fishing permit required. Also, as part of the day, the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission is offering the 15th Annual Family Fishing Clinic at select areas. In the Chief area, Victoria Springs State Recreation Area will host a clinic from 9am-6pm. You can find out more information about the day and clinics at www.outdoornebraska.org.
