Indians rout Ainsworth for first win
Broken Bow 70Ainsworth 51 BROKEN BOW--The Broken Bow basketball team earned their first win with a 70-51 route over Ainsworth; it was also the first career win for Broken Bow coach Anthony Blum. "The second quarter was our best quarter of basketball all year. We hit some shots from the outside and got stops to hold our first halftime lead," Blum said. "At halftime I told the guys if we get stops and rebound we would come away with a victory. We did that in the third quarter and held Ainsworth to seven points. We finally played a game for the whole 32 minutes, and if we can do that consistently we will be very competitive."NOTE: There are no stats available due to an error in the statistical software that's used to keep stats.St. Paul 49Broken Bow 47 ST.
