James 'Jim' Garner, 73

James ‘Jim’ Garner of Cameron Park, Calif., a 1957 graduate of Mason City High School died Sunday, June 1, 2014.

Jim was stationed in Korean, serving in 1959/1961.

Jim was employed for approximately 25 years by Square D of Lincoln and Columbia, Mo., as a computer technician.

He was preceded in death by parents, Ralph and Bernadine Garner; and a brother, Jerry of Brownlee.

He is survived by brothers, Stan (Jeannette) of Omaha, Ron (Phyllis) of Ashland, and Bill (Barb) of Parker, Colo.; a son, Scott (Theresa); a granddaughter, Erica; and step-grandchildren Kayla and Brendan.

Arrangements have been for cremation and Jim's remains will be buried in the Veterans area of the Sacramento Cemetery. There will be no burial service or memorial service held.

Sacrament County California V.A. is in charge of the arrangements.
