Kyle Pierce wins silver in the 800

Kyle Pierce of South Loup congratulates Austin Blume of Hitchcock County on his record breaking run in the 800m. Blume took gold and Pierce earned silver.

Loup County's Kyle Pierce put a 1:58.67 run up on the scoreboard in the 800m to take home a silver medal. The gold winning run was netted by Austin Blume of Hitchock County at 1:56.83. Pierce now preps for a go at the 1600m competition later this afternoon.

Representing the Coyotes of Anselmo-Merna, Colin Lambertson put a 2:03.93 on the clock to place 11th.
