Olson, Farris plan September wedding

Melissa Rae Olson and Robert William Farris would like to announce their engagement and approaching marriage.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Brian and Barb Olson of Pleasanton. Her grandparents are Laddie and Evelyn Olson of Broken Bow, and Marvin and Margaret Olson, and the late Donna Olson, of Berwyn.
Melissa graduated from Creighton University in 2008 and is employed at Boys Town as a Marketing Specialist.
The prospective groom is the son of Nile and Mary Farris of Nebraska City. His grandparents are Helen and the late Robert Beccard of Nebraska City, and Rose and the late Robert Farris of Davenport, Fla. Rob graduated with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2010. He is currently employed at Terracon as an Environmental Field Engineer.
Melissa and Rob plan a 2 p.m. wedding Sept. 24, 2011, at St. James Catholic Church in Omaha.
