Shirley Trotter, 70

Shirley Trotter, age 70 of Broken Bow, died June 5, 2012, at the Jennie Melham Medical Center in Broken Bow. Funeral services will be Saturday, June 9, 2012, at 11 a.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness' in Broken Bow with Terrence Ristov officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. at Govier Brothers Mortuary in Broken Bow. Interment will be in the Broken Bow Cemetery.

Shirley was born Aug. 4, 1941, to Herman and Ruby (Smith) Trotter in Litchfield. She attended school in Broken Bow, graduating in 1960. She worked for AT&T, retiring in 1990 after 32 years of service.

Shirley is survived by her brother, Clifford (Jan) Trotter of Lincoln; three sisters, Mary Hendrickson of Broken Bow, Phyllis (Butch) Berghorst of Broken Bow, and Linda (Marv) Johnson of Broken Bow; several neices and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Frances; brother-in-law Ted Hendrickson, and a nephew Brad Hendrickson.

Funeral services will be Saturday, June 9, 2012, at 11 a.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness' with Terrence Ristov officiating. Interment will be in the Broken Bow Cemetery. Govier Brothers Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
