Staci Cherry & Adam Emerton
Adam Emerton and Staci Cherry, both of LaVista, announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
Parents of the couple are Max and Debbie Emerton of Taylor, and John and Lynne Cherry of North Platte.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of North Platte High School and received a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Nebraska Wesleyan University. She will receive an education specialist degree in school psychology from the University of Nebraska Omaha in 2013.
The prospective groom is a graduate of Loup County High School and received a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Nebraska Wesleyan University. He has been accepted to law school at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and will attend this fall.
Staci and Adam have planned a Sept. 8 wedding at the Bluestem Vineyard in Crete.
