The Ansley Lady Warriors advanced to the district finals beating Loup City in D1-5 subdistrict action at Broken Bow Tuesday night. Ansley advances to D1-5 district championships tonight (Thursday) against Bertrand with game time set for 7 p.m. at Elm Creek. Other Chief area teams to play tonight are; Sargent, taking on Wallace in a D2-5 match-up at 7 p.m. in Gothenburg, and Mullen, playing Banner County in D2-6 action at Garden County, also tip for a 7 p.m. tip off. The winner of each of those games will advance to the state tournament, slated for next Thursday, Friday and Saturday in Lincoln.
