    Henry Nuxoll, 53, Comstock, was arraigned in Custer County Court Monday and charged with a Class III Felony, issuing bad checks.
    Nuxoll’s case has been bound over to District Court with the next hearing scheduled for Jan. 17 at 9:30 am.
