Her grandparents are LaVern and Leona Duryea of Mason City and Marilyn and Wayne Trimble of Kearney. She is a 1998 graduate of Bayard High School and a 2002 graduate of UNL and a 2004 graduate of the UNMC with a masters of physician assistant studines. She is currently employed as a physician assistant at the Broken Bow Clinic.
   He is a 1998 graduate of Broken Bow High School and a 2003 graduate of UNK with a bachelor of science in business administration. He is employed at Becton Dickinson as a production facilitator.
