SUMNER -- The S-E-M Lady Mustangs return all five starters from a team that qualified for the state basketball tournament last year.
Sara Simmons and Megan Berg return as high scorers and top rebounders for the Lady Mustangs. They will be joined by Lauren Ibach, Deidra Brooks and Tabitha Anderson who also return as starters. Senior Nissa Brown will also contribute off the bench.
The toughest challenge for coach Ron Long will be keeping in minds of the girls that just because the made it to state last year, doesn’t mean they will make it this year. There are quite a few teams that will challenge the Lady Mustangs with competitive games.
