Beautiful rock formations surrounding a lush meadow with a creek along the edge was the location for Michelle Parman and Ryan Gift’s wedding. The couple exchanged vows at 5 p.m., July 16, at the 2 Bars Seven Ranch and moved to a tent on the meadow for the reception, supper, and dance. Parents of the couple are Linda and John Parman and Rosalea and Leon Gift.
The bride wore an off-the shoulder long, white dress that extended into a short train carried by Sierra Carr, the groom’s neice. Her maid-of-honor was her cousin, Betsy Parman and her bridesmaid was a lifelong friend, Kelly Hill. The maid of honor and the bridesmaids wore deep blue, long dresses. Michelle’s niece, Journey Parman, was the flower girl. Sierra and Journey wore white dresses accented with deep blue ribbons.
The groomsmen were the groom’s cousin, Booker Boyer, and Patrick Sparks. The groom’s nephew, Gatlyn Carr, was the ring bearer. The groom and the groomsmen wore black tuxes and Gatlyn wore black pants and a white shirt.
Flowers, spurs, and bits adorned each table. The tent was decorated with white Christmas lights and had lanterns on shepherd’s hooks scattered along the sides. A chuckwagon was used as part of the food tables. Maddy and Cameron Carr, niece and nephew of the groom, were at the guest book and the gift table, which was a stagecoach. The cake was decorated with Sandhiller’s brands and had a couple with their horses as the cake top.
Ryan and Michelle will live in Maryville, Mo., where she will be taking classes to obtain her master’s degree and Ryan will be employed.
